Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel had mixed aspects to it. The rooms, albeit comfortable, had some questionable stains, but overall were decent for travel. The service was a mix of friendly and helpful with a few instances of rudeness and lack of knowledge. The location was convenient but had some issues with cleanliness in certain areas. The dining experience was satisfactory. The facilities offered were standard.
My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. The location was convenient, being right across from the airport, which was a major plus. However, the rooms had a slight smell of smoke and felt a bit sketchy, giving off a vibe like it was a hideout for questionable activities. The unexpected additional charge for a water bottle that wasn't even in the room was a downside.
The hotel has less exciting rooms with a strange smell and scuffed-up surfaces. However, the front desk service was above-and-beyond awesome, making me want to stay here again next time I am in town. The location is nice, right across from the airport, making it a great place to relax. The dining experience may have taken a hit recently but offers solid food options. Overall, it's a mixed bag but with a standout service.
